August 2020 - We are open to the public Monday to Friday 10-4 and Saturday 9:30-2. Pre-ordering 2 working days in advance of your arrival helps us prepare for your visit and helps you get the product you require. 

Busy season makes for busy times. "Must Know" Info

Stock is flying off the shelves. In the fragrance descriptions, you may find suggestions for similar fragrances in the event you have to substitute. You can also build your own blends too. Don't be afraid to mix an apple with a cinnamon with a sugar cookie or a pumpkin with a vanilla, a different spice or even fireside. Be creative.  

Product shortages and longer wait times.

We can no longer give ETA's on products. We will try to post any information given to us online within the product itself. Please add items to your Wish List and get the notification when it arrives. We are finding longer production times, unavailability of products and changes in buying behavior. Glassware and lids seem to be in short supply everywhere. We reserve the right to limit quantities on products per customer.

 Tracking and add-on requests.

We do not have your credit card to add or substitute. To keep parcels moving quickly, we ask that you View Cart before you check out. In this busy time, we cannot change orders. Tracking is provided inside your account profile on the new site, please check there before contacting the office. All of these little asks add up to a lot of time that we would like to use to process your order.

 Shopping in the store

If you have visited the retail store in the past, you may be surprised on your next visit. The cash and carry has been reduced to samples. Staff will do their best to assist you with the stock that is in the store. Please, if you are driving any distance and need supplies, place your order 2 business days ahead of time. We would hate to disappoint you with empty shelves.

Many of you have seen an increase in your business volume.  This has meant an increase in orders here as well.  We have converted our Cash & Carry showroom into extra workspace for employees to accommodate the volume increase and respect social distancing regulations for staff. There is NOT a suitable area for customers to purchase supplies without advanced notice.  We ask that you place your order prior to arrival and allow the staff to contact you when your order is ready for pick up.  the gift shop is welcoming customers once again.

Thank you for all of your support and understanding during this time.  It is a pleasure to work with so many businesses who get that as a supplier AND customer, we are a TEAM in this craziness.  We are not Amazon, nor do we ever intend to be.  We are here to support you and make your business successful.

In store pick ups can be accommodated between 10-3:30pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday morning 9:30-noon.  If you can let us know you are coming, it is greatly appreciated.

URGENT - UPDATE REGARDING UPS SHIPPING  Friday, May 29/2020

Due to the overwhelming volume of parcels currently in the UPS delivery system, UPS has made a decision to pause service with numerous businesses to clear the back log.  We are one of those businesses.  Parcels in transit prior to May 30 with UPS will continue their journey to you.  Orders currently in processing will  leave with Canada Post or CanPar courier.  We will choose which is best for you based on the LOWEST cost UNLESS YOU INSTRUCT US OTHERWISE.  Please note that Canada Post is also very behind.  We are having no luck helping track your parcel or assisting in making parcels arrive faster.  Please track your parcels and put claims in directly to the shipper.  Reach out to us ONLY if you did not receive the tracking number.

We were not warned about this change.  We were told on a Friday at 4pm that there would be no truck coming for pick up on Monday.  We are very disappointed with the manner in which this was handled by UPS, and may very well stay with CanPar going forward.

In the meantime, there is no easy way to add the option for CanPar onto our site.  The checkout process will only show Canada Post rates, and this shipping charge is what will be added to your bill.  HOWEVER, as we process the shipping tags, we will note any discrepancies and refund excess shipping you paid.

This is a temporary measure until the end of June,  We will continue to update you on the situation as it unfolds.
