Refund policy
Our Returns and Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your goods, you may return any product in its original condition (excluding fragrance, except when VCare+ is added to your order). Products that have been used can not be returned. Please visit our Returns Page to initiate your return request. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from villagecraftandcandle.com. Freight is non-refundable. Returns will be shipped back to Village Craft and Candle at the expense of the customer. All products are shipped and sold pre-packaged, as they are received.
Returns are subject to return shipping fees, which are dynamically calculated based on the return address, unless your order is covered under VCare+ and qualifies for free return shipping. For customer‑initiated returns not related to our error and not covered by VCare+, return shipping costs will be deducted from your overall refund.
For errors in fulfillment (for example, we shipped the wrong item), Village Craft & Candle will assume responsibility for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges and standard return shipping charges are not refundable unless explicitly covered by VCare+ under the terms of your claim.
Damaged Items and Quality Concerns
Quality concerns or damaged items should follow our standard returns procedure, as stated above. Please note that photos and/or videos must be submitted to our Contact Us page for return/refund authorization. Replacement product shipping will not be a covered expense. Standard damaged package solution would take the form of a prorated refund, based on the damaged items received.
Lost Packages
Our standard procedure for lost packages will require investigations by the Shipping Provider of the order in question to provide resolutions. This includes orders in transit and orders marked Delivered but not received. Village Craft & Candle is not responsible for claims denied by Shipping Providers.
We offer VCare Shipping Protection, a low-cost and optional shipping protection, to offer additional coverage in the event that your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. This program covers all replacement shipping costs, or full refund value to the original method of payment, based on the user's preference.

Refunds
You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment originally used for the purchase within 10 days of processing. If we allow your return and it is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, available to use the next time you place an order at villagecraftandcandle.com. This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
