INSTRUCTIONS

Measure the amount of body wash base needed.
Mix in your favorite fragrance (up to 0.5% fragrance oil or 0.4% essential oil) and body-safe, water-soluble color.
Stir gently until fully blended and smooth (about 2-5 minutes).
Pour into containers and let it settle before use for the best consistency.
