INSTRUCTIONS

Weigh out the desired amount of liquid soap base.
Add fragrance (max 0.8% fragrance oil & 0.5% essential oil) and water-soluble color.
Stir gently until fully blended (about 2-5 minutes).
Pour into containers and let it settle before use for the best consistency.
