Infused with aloe, chamomile, green tea extracts, and silk amino acids, it gently cleanses while leaving hair feeling soft and manageable. Attention: We recommend testing a small batch before making larger quantities to ensure the desired results. This allows you to adjust fragrance, color, and other ingredients as needed.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Weigh out the desired amount of shampoo base.
  • Add up to 0.8% fragrance oil and 0.5% essential oil if desired.
  • Blend in body-safe, water-soluble colorants (optional) to achieve the desired color.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth and fully blended (about 5–10 minutes).
  • Pour into containers and let it settle for the best consistency before use.

Maximum Fragrance Load: 0.8% Fragrance Oil | 0.5% Essential Oil 

  • Add fragrance below 35°C to prevent heat-related degradation.
  • Always check the IFRA sheet for safe usage, as maximum load and recommended usage may differ.
  • Some oils can affect texture—testing is recommended.

Maximum Liquid Additives: 1-2%

  • Keep liquid additives to a minimal percentage to maintain preservative efficacy.
  • Stability and microbial integrity cannot be guaranteed beyond the original formulation.
  • No more than 1-2% is advised, but testing is required to validate suitability.

Colorants: 

  • Use only water-soluble dyes (liquid or powder).
  • Add below 35°C to prevent heat-related degradation.
  • NOTE: Our colorants are not suitable for bath & body products.
