Golden Brands 444 is widely used by soy candle makers around the world. This all-natural wax with soy-based additives that help reduce frosting and strengthen the fragrance throw.

Like with any wax, you may find that adjustments to the making process are needed to achieve the best results. Golden Brands 444 has a higher melt point than 464 wax which allows the candles to hold their shape better in warm weather.

Heat to 185°F using a double boiler. Add 6-8% of fragrances (or 1 oz. per pound of wax), remove from heat, and stir for two minutes. Pour at 135 F (+/-5°F).

Allow candles to cure for two weeks for optimal fragrance throw.
