Due to high volumes of parcels, UPS is temporarily refusing parcel pick up at our facility. Canada Post is also experiencing high volumes and lengthy delays.
In an effort to expedited your shipping, we will be choosing your shipping method based on service levels and lowest cost unless otherwise instructed by you in the “Special Instruction “ field. (Be advised, your checkout will say Canada Post is your only option). It has always been our policy to refund excess freight when warranted.
Orders placed prior to May 30/20 will be with the shipper you chose, and tracking and claims must be handled by UPS or Canada Post. We will not reship product delayed by the shipper. Our choosing the courier is a temporary measure we hope improves the level of service you have come to expect from VCCandle.
